Job Description
Lead the Business Development & Key Accounts vertical for Stellar Search in Singapore with the objective of creating and strengthening our relationships in the areas of our expertise, namely Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail and Real Estate, Media, Defence Aerospace and Security, FMCG and Manufacturing/Engineering.
The role would encompass:
1. Managing and Delivering an aggressive Revenue Target.
2. Client Engagement & Experience enhancement
3. Building & maintaining strategic business partnerships and alliances with key focus on organizational objectives and business acquisition goals.
4. Identifying, networking and collaborating with new channel partners to ensure deeper market penetration and reach.
5. Drive profitability & productivity targets for the organization
