Shailja is the founder & driving force behind Stellar. She started Stellar in 1998, adding value to the quality and exhaustiveness of the search process. She founded Stellar’s unique way of doing business. The objective was to partner in the corporate success of Stellar’s clients, “by providing management excellence through Executive Search solutions.

Shailja’s own professional forte lies in consulting for the healthcare and consumer and industries. She personally spearheads all general management and board level mandates at Stellar. She counsels companies on recruitment strategies and organization restructuring. Shailja also advises aspiring entrepreneurs on business startup strategy.

Shweta Sachdeva

Shweta heads the Life sciences and High technology Vertical. At Stellar, Shweta has played a significant role in growing the life sciences and industrial practice. She is a key contributor in Stellar’s growth story and has clearly made a mark for herself in the industry. 

She has successfully executed senior search assignments including Board level Placements across the Pharmaceuticals, Diagnostics, Devices, CRO, Aerospace, High Technology, Chemical sectors not just in India but also in Europe and Pacific region.

Shweta leverages very strong relationships with her clients and candidates who are wowed by her detail oriented and customer focused approach. She has been known to be an easy-going, affable boss to her co-workers who adore her team focused approach.  Her opinion and views in the search business especially in her domain are highly sought after and respected. She personifies ‘Drive’ and ‘Passion’ towards her work.

Since joining Stellar more than four years back, Linda has worked on numerous assignments for prominent MNCs as well as Indian corporate houses. Beyond specializing in the consumer and SME arenas, she has also worked with top multinationals across a range of industries, including: consumer, entertainment, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, retailing and distribution, professional services and telecommunications.

She strongly believes that specialty is not just in achieving results but the unique trait of being able to add value to every member of her team and to the organization as a whole.
Her strength comes from her self –driven approach and a passion to achieve more. Linda brings to this job her strengths in relationship building, her dedication to the core values of the firm, and her passion for providing world-class service to clients.

She has done her Post Graduation in English Literature from Delhi University.
She loves interacting with people and strongly believes managing a consumer-driven business in today’s environment is not for the timid..

Shallu Jotsinghani

Shallu has, in a short span of time gained deep exposure to almost all industry verticals at Stellar, and presently specializes in conducting C-level Searches, focusing on the Pharma, Healthcare and Hi-Technology domains across the globe. She brings with her a high level of passion and commitment to Team Stellar our candidates are regularly wowed by the high caliber of her presentation skills, excellent
interpersonal and organizational abilities, and an unmatched eloquence which she further leverages for establishing strong, trusted and long-lasting relationships with her clients.

Shallu has studied Psychology at Delhi University, and loves to explore the mysterious world of Alternate Healing, having acquired deep insight into alternate healing techniques such as Reiki and EFT.

Mehar Seth Malhotra

Mehar has been a part of the team as Consultant for the Healthcare practice. Having started her career with Positive Moves, where she was part of the firm’s IT/Telecom vertical , Mehar subsequently went on to work with Korn/Ferry International , becoming  an integral part of the Life Sciences/ Industrial  practice.

In the course of her considerable experience in the executive search domain, Mehar has gained valuable expertise on what it takes to make the right choice for critical leadership positions in the highly dynamic and ever-changing corporate landscape in India. In the process, she has successfully established long-lasting relationships across the entire spectrum of industries, having been an important part of critical top management restructuring exercises for several leading corporate enterprises based out of the country.

Her clients have found in her a trusted partner who is always willing to contribute in every way possible to the success of the task at hand- with more often than not, a smile thrown in for good measure.

Mehar loves to indulge her creative side - paper art is something she is particularly good at and avid traveler. She is a post-graduate in Economics from the University of Delhi.

Karan Chopra

Karan with nearly six years of experience in the Market/Business research and Executive search industries possesses a PGDM – Marketing & HR from All India Management Association & brings with him a high degree of expertise and insight across an entire gamut of industry verticals. Having worked on very Senior Level Assignments across functions and geographies, he has effectively leveraged that experience to build valued relationships with clients who count on his considered advice and counsel for making strategic hiring choices at the top echelons of their organizations.

Karan is presently working with Stellar Search as Consultant with his primary focus being across the Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, FMCG and Construction sectors.
Prior to joining Stellar, Karan was associated with Exevo India Ltd (Subsidiary of Copal Partner) in the capacity of Sr. Qualitative Research Analyst- an experience that greatly helped in allowing him to gain a deeper understanding of the Indian corporate sector
Karan belongs to that rare breed of people who look upon every problem as an opportunity, and is always keen to roll up sleeves to get the job done. He has the unique ability to connect with people at all levels, bringing with him a high degree of enthusiasm and zeal to all aspects of his work, always seeking to creating a positive and healthy atmosphere that helps in getting the best out of everyone around him.
