About the role
The role revolves around constructing an assessment based talent strategy for overall organization effectiveness. He/She is expected to envision and create an empowered organization through appropriate organization design methods, while driving effective change in people processes by designing and deploying structured plans for sustenance of learning and change solutions. The person will drive the competency based and career focused culture for a sustainable organization
He/She would lead the deployment of appropriate methods of Need Analysis to diagnose change and assessment needs across the Organization, identify business needs/trends and identify performance/skill-set gaps, monitor the design of solutions which are objective-oriented and focused on application of knowledge and skills, evaluate a range of appropriate and accessible Learning & Development Tools and encourage their use, participate in the delivery of blended-learning solutions across mid-management levels, coach team members, involved stakeholders and direct reports on methodologies/ approaches used for needs analysis, design of content, a range of facilitation techniques, and various evaluation techniques. and manage all the stake holders involved.
A suitable candidate with at least 10-12 years of work experience of which at least 8 years sent in leadership development preferred. Candidate should possess a post graduate in subjects or a field related to OE (HR, education, psychology, sociology, instructional design etc.) and Certification in Organization Development.
